Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm, alternating days
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be charged at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to the final bill for your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they are transferable and can be applied to another MedSpa appointment should you need to reschedule.
If you must cancel, for any reason, we request that you CALL US AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance.
- For appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit for your missed appointment will be applied to your next appointment. Your deposit is only valid for 3 months and will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled within the 3-month time frame.
- For appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance (including no-shows), your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee, and you will be required to pay a new deposit when booking your next appointment.
